DEMO & TEAR-OUTS
We provide efficient, controlled demolition and tear-out services for residential and light commercial projects across Northern Michigan. From interior tear-outs and deck removal to sheds, fences, and other non-structural removals, we handle the hard work and haul everything away. Our focus is on clean execution, safe work practices, and leaving your property ready for the next phase — whether that’s a remodel, rebuild, or cleanup.
What We Do
Selective Demolition
We focus on selective demolition and tear-outs rather than full structural demolition. That means removing only what needs to go — without damaging surrounding areas. Whether it’s an interior space, an existing deck, or an outbuilding, our goal is to complete the work efficiently while keeping the rest of the property intact.
Interior Tear-Outs
Interior tear-outs are often the first step in a remodel. We handle the removal of cabinets, flooring, drywall, fixtures, and other interior materials, taking care to minimize dust and disruption. Once the tear-out is complete, debris is removed and the space is left clean and ready for the next phase of work.
Exterior & Structures
We remove decks, sheds, fences, and other small structures as part of property cleanup or improvement projects. Each job is approached with safety and control in mind, ensuring materials are removed properly and the site is left clear. Any work involving structural connections or permits is discussed upfront to keep expectations clear.
Cleanup & Haul Away
Demolition is only half the job — cleanup matters just as much. All debris is hauled away, and the work area is left clean once removal is complete. You don’t have to worry about leftover materials, multiple dump trips, or finding a way to dispose of debris.
How the Process Works
We keep demolition and tear-outs straightforward. After a quick walkthrough or photo review, we provide a clear scope and estimate. Once scheduled, we complete the removal efficiently, haul away all debris, and leave the area clean and ready for what’s next. No unnecessary steps — just clear communication and reliable work.
